"Absolutely blown away by the service I received. Although it took weeks to receive a call, the staff was amazing. I requested to be put on the cancellation list and I was quickly moved up from a November appointment to the next day appointment. The front desk was AMAZING!! One lady in particular was so warm and welcoming the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. She offered me many options. Her smile was the first impression and it set the tone for the whole appointment. Dr. Hansens nurse has gone above and beyond for me and listened to everything I had to say prior to the Dr. coming in. And Dr. Hansen came in ready to hear my concerns, provide me with solutions and get me on the right track. I would recommend this team over and over again!! Although my journey just started with Dr. Hansen I have gotten a little more peace of mind from one appointment."

"Kevin O'Keefe is absolutely amazing! He saved my life, I was in such poor shape with my Ulcerative Colitis. I was referred to him from my primary care (I was in really bad shape after over a year with a gastroenterologist that didn't really hear/listen to me). He was fast to get me on meds and if that didn't work we quickly moved on to the next! He is kind, compassionate, and he really listens. I highly recommend!"

"In my opinion, this place is great. I usually come in once a month or every few months. My GI doctor (Dr. Moore) is very kind and has even called me a couple of times just to see if I was doing alright. The staff is always very friendly, and even made an effort to remember my name, which is sweet. The lab nurses are great too. I've had my blood drawn multiple times and it barely hurts. Always a very clean space as well. 5 stars for sure."

"I was a few minutes late. They were forgiving. The receptionist remembered me and was very kind. The wait was very short. Barely had time to fill out the short intake info form. The person who took my BP was kind and patient. Shelby Cochran,NP, was the kind, patient person who came and talked with me. I keep saying patient because I've had several nasty brain injuries (aneurysm burst in my brain, 11 big strokes, 5 brain surgeries, and more TIAs than you could shake a cat at), so I have difficulty with proper speech. Shelby has always been very caring and, yes, patient. She shows true concern for me and my health. I would/have recommended this business to others."

The nurse who escorted me to the exam room was very confident, which made me feel at ease. It was my initial consultation with NP Cheryl Walsh. "GI Alliance has been successful in diagnosing and treating my microscopic colitis. My previous GI doctor was not willing to get to the bottom of my health problems, but just wanted to keep me on budesonide. GI Alliance ran multiple tests and found additional issues that they then were able to treat. The NP I now see takes time to carefully review my records and discuss any new issues that may arrive. They are easy to communicate with by phone or through the portal. I highly recommend GI Alliance and I will gladly continue to drive 3 hours to receive such good care."

"My experience was great last week when I went in for a colonoscopy done by Dr. Vincent. The ladies that checked me in were so nice, his staff of nurses and the anesthesiologist were so kind and totally put me at ease before the procedure. Dr. Vincent came in before the procedure and visited with me. He did not act rushed, and he answered all of my questions, and was just very very nice. After my colonoscopy, the nurses took very good care of me. Dr. Vincent came in and told me what he saw and when I needed to come back He told me that he was sending everything to the pathology lab and they would send a report, but everything looked great and I had nothing to worry about. The much dreaded experience was actually very positive! Now the prep…. not so fun. But I did the prep with pills this time and it was much better for me than the liquid."

"I have been seeing Dr Moore for many years and find him very knowledgeable and current with all new procedures and pharmaceuticals regarding the treatment of my crohns. Dr Moore has always been very attentive to my needs and trying to treat the crohns while not interfering with treatment for my other medical issues, and his perseverance helped catch the stage 4 breast cancer and his wondereful nurse got me refered to Highlands Oncology that has allowed me to have treatment needed to extened my life. I was however a bit put of on my last visit regarding my concern with what a new insurance would cover or not when requested to do more blood tests I stated that I had just had a full set of blood test with Highlands Oncology just four days previous and that I have already allowed all test information to be shared with GI Alliance and Dr Moore and felt like I was ignored and actually treated with impatients and that I was just a waste of their time and my concerns were completely disregarded, so I gave in and had more blood drawn. So now if my insurance does not feel that multiple blood test in the same month is necessary I will be stuck with yet another large medical debt. Thus possibly forcing me to forgo future follow up visits."

"I had to have both an upper and lower gi done. The prep was all pills no nasty stuff to drink Dr Pascal and his nurses were all so kind. My prep needed a third dose so I had to go home that morning and do the third dose I was having to have it done due to cancer and possibly spread to my lower GI instead of making me reschedule for weeks down the road they had me come back in that afternoon it is the procedure I have nothing bad to say about any of them and they were wonderful the nurses did not have been sweeter."
