"I have been seeing Dr Moore for many years and find him very knowledgeable and current with all new procedures and pharmaceuticals regarding the treatment of my crohns. Dr Moore has always been very attentive to my needs and trying to treat the crohns while not interfering with treatment for my other medical issues, and his perseverance helped catch the stage 4 breast cancer and his wondereful nurse got me refered to Highlands Oncology that has allowed me to have treatment needed to extened my life. I was however a bit put of on my last visit regarding my concern with what a new insurance would cover or not when requested to do more blood tests I stated that I had just had a full set of blood test with Highlands Oncology just four days previous and that I have already allowed all test information to be shared with GI Alliance and Dr Moore and felt like I was ignored and actually treated with impatients and that I was just a waste of their time and my concerns were completely disregarded, so I gave in and had more blood drawn. So now if my insurance does not feel that multiple blood test in the same month is necessary I will be stuck with yet another large medical debt. Thus possibly forcing me to forgo future follow up visits."

"I have always had such a positive experience with Dr. O’Keefe as my GI doctor. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, keeps me updated on new treatments, and is always looking out for my best interests. I’m looking to start a family soon and he took extra time out of his day to ensure that the medicine I am on would be safe while pregnant and breastfeeding. He explains things in a way where it isn’t over your head and his level of care is above and beyond."
"Very thorough and goes over everything I have questions about. He gives me the do's and don'ts of what should be going on with my Crohn's and is trying to get it all under control. (It went haywire because of my last doctor in California) I had two short stints in the hospital about a year ago and so far, under Dr Moore's care, I haven't been back in!! That's a good thing, in my book. I hope the future gets even better. PS... their new medical building in Springdale is beautiful."

When I went to pick up the prep at my pharmacy, I was informed that my insurance required a pre-auth for this particular prep. It was suggested I call the clinic to let them know. I did, & another prep was called in with new directions emailed to me the same day by the clinic. This was my first procedure of this kind & I could not ask for a better experience. Dr. Paschall told me my results quickly & he was very cool. The discharge instructions were easy to follow & they made sure I had emergency numbers if needed. 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"I had to have both an upper and lower gi done. The prep was all pills no nasty stuff to drink Dr Pascal and his nurses were all so kind. My prep needed a third dose so I had to go home that morning and do the third dose I was having to have it done due to cancer and possibly spread to my lower GI instead of making me reschedule for weeks down the road they had me come back in that afternoon it is the procedure I have nothing bad to say about any of them and they were wonderful the nurses did not have been sweeter."
