"Very thorough and goes over everything I have questions about. He gives me the do's and don'ts of what should be going on with my Crohn's and is trying to get it all under control. (It went haywire because of my last doctor in California) I had two short stints in the hospital about a year ago and so far, under Dr Moore's care, I haven't been back in!! That's a good thing, in my book. I hope the future gets even better. PS... their new medical building in Springdale is beautiful."

"The staff, nurses and doctors are very friendly while being professional. They are well educated in their field of medicine. I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room before being called to an exam room.Things progressed in a very timely manner once in the exam room. Was told “I will call you tomorrow with tests results.” They did call and discussed the results and a plan of action to help."

"North Hills Endoscopic center and Dr Kevin O’Keefe are a great place to have your Esophagus, Stomach, duodenum and colon checked. 2 nd time I have had to have these things looked at. Dr O’Keefe is very personable and very thorough on history and understanding what you are going thorough. Endoscopic center staff are very professional, but seem to be in a rut and don’t seem to have as much compassion as they one did 3 years ago but then again we have been through a pandemic, maybe they all need a nice break."

"I had to have both an upper and lower gi done. The prep was all pills no nasty stuff to drink Dr Pascal and his nurses were all so kind. My prep needed a third dose so I had to go home that morning and do the third dose I was having to have it done due to cancer and possibly spread to my lower GI instead of making me reschedule for weeks down the road they had me come back in that afternoon it is the procedure I have nothing bad to say about any of them and they were wonderful the nurses did not have been sweeter."

"I recently had a EDG done by him. He talked to me before and was very thorough and kind. Afterwards he talk to me and my husband I dont remember much from the sedative. My husband was impressed by suggestions he makes and how quickly his staff got me set up for a CT scan. They promptly call me with results. He caught on to some potential reasons for my pain that according to everything I have read goes unissued. Now he has me set up for a few more things. I am thankful I was referred to him. "I had a colonoscopy at the Northhills endoscopy center in Fayetteville. I thought the nurses were very efficient n friendly. They were professional and took good care of me. This center was very efficient by staying on time even tho they were very busy. Dr Vinson talked to me before the colonoscopy and afterwards. He has a good bedside manner and explained things to me throughly. He is an excellent doctor, a caring one and likable. I would recommend Dr Vinson and the Northhills endoscopy Center."
"If you want a doctor that is empathetic and listens to you, this is your guy. He does as much as he can to get to the root of the problem since gastrointestinal issues can be hard to pinpoint. Dr.Paschall and his staff are very friendly and always smiling. I’m always put at ease even after having to fast for 2 days, ha. Every time I’ve had an appointment they’re running ahead of schedule so that’s impressive. He’s hard to get into which is a good sign because he’s such a good doctor so you can’t expect to just go in when you want to, but his nurse Carley on the phone is so kind and will answer any questions she can."
